Gameboy Advanced SP - Model and Animation

I really wanted to model something from my childhood and when I saw others doing the original grey brick version of the Gameboy, I decided to model the version of the Gameboy that I played the most. This project was a ton of fun and helped me learn a ton about Blender along the way. I wanted to push for realism and accuracy while also making sure I used my After Effects experience to add some fun motion graphics elements to the piece. I also decided to do several versions of the Gameboy that came out over the years. This gave me a great opportunity to practice more with Substance 3D Painter.

I don't do too much 3D animation but I found myself having a ton of fun adding some spins, flips, and other animations.

I hope you the project and it reminds you of your childhood and some great times!
